Last night’s finale of I’m A Celebrity revealed the voting percentages, showcasing the overwhelming victory of jungle king Sam Thompson. ITV released two sets of figures, one for the vote percentages between Sam, Tony Bellew, and Nigel Farage for third place, and another for the re-opened vote between Sam and Tony to determine the winner.

The race for third place

In the vote for third place, Sam Thompson received an impressive 43.35 percent of the vote, while Tony Bellew garnered 30.87 percent, and Nigel Farage closely followed with 25.78 percent.

In the final vote for the winner, Sam‘s lead extended even further. Ultimately, the Made In Chelsea star secured 56.64 percent of the vote to be crowned the winner, surpassing Tony’s 43.36 percent. This meant that Sam received 13 percent more votes than his boxer pal.

During the final episode, viewers witnessed the last remaining contestants take on one final challenge before indulging in a luxurious meal of their choice. Sam tackled a stomach-churning eating challenge, consuming a pig’s vagina. Tony endured the Stakeout, where he was strapped down to a giant plate and showered in jungle critters, while Nigel faced the Panic Pit, earning a star for every two minutes he stayed inside.

After the votes were counted, hosts Ant and Dec announced that politician Farage had secured third place, leaving Sam and Tony to compete for the title of the new King of the Jungle. Ultimately, Tony was revealed as the runner-up, solidifying Sam’s victory.

Sam takes over the crown from Lioness Jill Scott, who triumphed over Hollyoaks star Owen Warner last year to claim the title. Sam and Tony formed a strong bond during their time in the jungle.
