Josie Gibson Takes on Horrible Looking Challenge
This Morning presenter Josie Gibson, who is part of the latest batch of celebrities on I’m A Celebrity, found herself completely covered in sticky gunk during the show’s first trial. The challenge saw Josie sticking her head and shoulders into a barrel full of the disgusting substance.
The Stars Are Thrown in at the Deep End
Show bosses wasted no time in throwing the celebrities into the deep end. In the first episode, the stars are split into three groups, each facing a different challenge. Josie is sent far from the jungle and meets Nella Rose and Nigel Farage for the first time in the scorching heat. However, there’s no time for chit chat as they soon learn that they need to win time for their fellow camp mates.
Searching Through Sticky Gunk for Tokens
Josie and her fellow celebrities are faced with the task of searching through gallons of sticky gunk and scary hell holes in order to score tokens for time. Their mission is to secure as much time as possible for their fellow camp mates who are taking part in other challenges. The more time they have, the better it is for everyone.
Josie Gives It Her All
Josie certainly gives it her all, sticking her head and shoulders into an oil barrel full of sticky gunk. As she pulls herself out, she is completely covered in the black slimey substance. Despite this, she has a smile on her face, indicating that she has achieved what she set out to do.
Marvin Humes Faces His Fear of Heights
JLS singer Marvin Humes also faces his fears during the show. Despite his fear of heights, Marvin skydives out of a plane. He looks absolutely terrified as he’s strapped to his skydiving instructor, but he goes through with the jump and is seen whizzing through the air.
The Trio Faces a Trial
Once they’re back on the ground, Josie, Nigel, and Nella find themselves heading straight into action with a Trial. The outcome of their challenge will be revealed in the first episode of I’m A Celebrity.
