Grace Dent’s Praise for Charles
Grace Dent, the famous food critic and former I’m A Celebrity contestant, has not spoken much about her partner Charles. However, when she has, she has nothing but praise for him. Dent met Charles while working in Liverpool and they had common acquaintances. In an interview on Kate Thornton’s White Wine Question Time, Dent expressed her admiration for him, saying, “How did I pull this off?”
How Their Relationship Started
Dent revealed that before they got together, she used to follow Charles on Instagram and thought he was “absolutely gorgeous.” They eventually started following each other because they knew people in common. Dent was feeling miserable while working in Liverpool, and Charles reached out to her, asking her out for a coffee. Since then, the pair have been smitten with each other.
Grace Dent’s Stint on I’m A Celebrity
In November 2023, Grace Dent joined the cast of I’m A Celebrity. She entered the show by participating in the terrifying Pole Position challenge alongside other celebrities such as Nigel Farage and Frankie Dettori. Throughout her time in the jungle, Dent faced numerous challenging trials, including being covered in guts and dealing with an insect in her ear, which required medical attention. However, after a week, Dent decided to leave the show on medical grounds due to the difficulties she faced away from her family, lack of sleep, and demanding trials.
