The 31-year-old was forced to withdraw from the ITV show on medical grounds.

Olivia will still be paid for her time on the programme, which is reportedly between £100k to £125k.

“Olivia wanted to continue and because it was the medical team’s decision she has done nothing wrong and so should be in line to get paid,” a TV source told The Mirror.

The reality star made her first appearance on the show last night.

Olivia was joined by radio DJ Chris Moyles, Gogglebox’s Babatunde Aleshe, Lionesses star Jill Scott and newsreader Charlene White as part of one group for the series launch.

Olivia was crowned a VIP, and picked Chris to join her for the special treatment.

While the other three had to take part in the Walk The Plank challenge.

Olivia has since had to quit the jungle and is already on her way back home to fiancé Bradley Dack.

A show insider told us: “Olivia was involved in a medical drama overnight.

“She really wanted to go back into the camp but medics won’t let her.”

A rep for I’m A Celebrity said:  “As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.

“Unfortunately the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be a further investigation.  She has been absolutely brilliant and she’ll be very much missed on the show.”
