LOVE Island’s latest feud has been revealed as Ella Barnes took a swipe at her ex-boyfriend Mitch Taylor with a cryptic comment.
The Breakup
Ella, 23, and Mitch, 27, announced their break-up at the end of last month, with them each issuing separate statements on social media.
The Cryptic Comment
And while it seemed amicable at the time, the Kent-native has made quite the jibe at her former lover. In an Instagram Story, she claimed the best thing to come out of the villa were her friendships.
A Love Triangle?
Ella and "Messy" Mitch were caught up with drama from the very start, with her stealing him from Abi Moores after entering the Love Island villa as a bombshell. Now though it seems Abi may have "stolen" him back – especially as she recently refused to rule out getting back together with him.
The Red Carpet Moment
Just last night, Mitch cosied up to Abi on the red carpet at the premiere of Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance in London. Abi stunned in an eye-catching green dress that flashed her toned abs, while Mitch cut a casual figure in a coordinating shirt, jeans, and trainers.
Distance as the Cause
Mitch previously blamed his split from Ella on them living at opposite ends of the country, with him in Sheffield and her in Kent. He said: "We had no intentions of ending but with our busy lives at the moment and living the other side of the country, it made it extremely hard for it to work. I wish Ella nothing but the best as she is a lovely girl and deserves the world."
