A LOVE Island favourite has revealed how she had a “one night flirt” with a recent show finalist – before realising she “didn’t have time” for him.
Brummie Liberty Poole, 23 – known for her straight-talking – was no different when she started chatting to 2023 Love Island star Tyrique Hyde, 24.

Liberty spoke openly on Vicky Pattison‘s The Secret To podcast after the Geordie Shore star probed her on the pair’s connection.
Vicky referred to Ty’s partnership with Ella T – which has seen them become official – and asked: “Will there be a bit of jealousy there, Lib, because you and Tyrique had a bit of a thing, didn’t you?”
Liberty laughed before she replied: “I wouldn’t call it a thing. I would call it a bit of a one-night flirt and then a blank DM.”
Vicky then asked: “Who blanked who?” before Liberty replied: “Listen, I was a very busy girl.
“I was doing training for Dancing on Ice.
“I was busy. I was so run down. I was always doing something – you know how busy it is when you get out of the villa – and it was just a bit mental, so I just didn’t have time for a boy.
“A boy was the last thing on my mind.”
Lib recently suggested Ty had “pied her off” during a recent chat.
Speaking to Love Island host Maya Jama alongside her pal Kaz, she revealed: “A while ago, there were talks of going out for drinks with Tyrique.”
She added: “I was a busy girl do you know what I mean I had not long been out of a break up.”
But she soon went on to add that Tyrique then “unfollowed” her which describes as a “savage situation.”
Recently, Liberty showed off her toned tum as she posed in a glittering silver bikini.
The star was also praised by fans after she revealed her “real body.”
Liberty wrote in her caption: “Hands up in the air if you ain’t got a six pack and you just don’t care.”
Fans lauded the influencer for her body-confident post, with one commenting: “Absolutly [sic] Beautiful, stunning and natural.. more influences should take note, and let kids of today know that looking like a filter, is not normal, you go girl.”
Another penned: “So I was like, ‘She looks stunning.’ And I realized I have such a similar body. Maybe I look okay too. Thank you for the reality check!”
