Love Island's Scott Van-Der-Sluis has revealed the intimate requirements that hopeful singles must meet to enter the villa. In a candid interview with reality TV favorite, Vicky Pattison, Scott shared details about the screening process for the ITV show.

STD Test a Must

During the interview on Vicky Pattison's podcast, Scott explained that all Love Island contestants are expected to take an STD test before entering the villa. He revealed that many potential islanders have been eliminated from the show due to failing the test.

Preparation for the Show

Scott, 22, discussed his preparation for Love Island, stating that he had to undergo a medical, including blood tests, in London. Vicky Pattison expressed surprise at the strict requirements, highlighting that her own show, Geordie Shore, did not screen for STDs or STIs.

Career Plans

Although Scott is currently participating in Love Island, he mentioned that he plans to return to his normal job as a goalkeeper. However, he acknowledged the opportunities that have come his way as a result of the show and expressed a desire to take advantage of them.
