Sainsbury’s will pull down shutters on all 600 stores in England and Wales on Easter Sunday, April 9.

Sainsbury’s is closing all its supermarkets on Easter Sunday

But branches will be open on Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Monday.

The chain’s supermarkets will be open between 6am and 11pm on Good Friday, 6am to 11pm on Easter Saturday and 7am to 10pm on Easter Monday.

But these aren’t guaranteed opening hours and will vary depending on the shop.

You should check out the Sainsbury’s store locator on the supermarket’s website to find out what your nearest branch’s opening hours will be.

You can find the locator by typing “Sainsbury’s store locator” into Google.

You then have to type in your town or postcode and it will draw up your closest store.
