Customers of Tesco have been left feeling "outraged and so disappointed" after the supermarket decided to discontinue a Christmas essential.
Outcry Over Discontinued Crisps
Fans of Tesco's finest range were dismayed to discover that the turkey and stuffing ball crisps, a popular festive snack, were no longer available.
Disappointed customers took to social media to express their frustration. One user on X (formerly Twitter) asked why the crisps were missing from their local store, saying, "Where the EFF are the turkey and stuffing ball crisps this year?! THEY ARE SO GOOD."
Others joined in, with one person pleading, "Are @Tesco doing the turkey and stuffing bites crisps this year?? I absolutely need them. I need them now."
Tesco's Response
Tesco's social media team had the difficult task of breaking the news to disappointed fans. In a reply, they confirmed that Tesco Finest Turkey and Stuffing Crisps 150G had been discontinued, apologizing for any disappointment caused.
Alternatives and Taste Tests
For those heartbroken by the loss of their favorite crisps, there are other Christmas-themed options available at Tesco. In fact, HOAR has already tested and reviewed various Christmas crisps, as well as mince pies, with Tesco emerging as a top contender.
Magic Tills to the Rescue
In an effort to improve the shopping experience, Tesco has introduced "magic tills" that aim to eliminate the annoying "unexpected item in the bagging area" moments that shoppers often encounter.
