It comes as people across the country are still feeling the pinch of rising energy bills.

Good-sized rugs are expensive, but B&M has reduced the price of this 60 x 110cm rug by £6 to save shoppers cash.
One eager customer posted the rug on the Facebook group B&M Scanner And Other Bargains.
The post racked up more than 160 likes and over 130 comments from other shoppers who agreed it was a great price.
The savvy shopper wrote: “Large chunky rug …..£12 !!! B&M Sale and much more there to find.”
B&M says the rug offers “supreme comfort and warmth underfoot”.
We couldn’t find a rug for exactly the same size, but we did find a slightly smaller one at Ikea for £10.
Or if you’re happy to spend a little more, Dunelm is selling a rug that is exactly the same size for £10.
Make sure that you check other retailers too in case we missed a better bargain.
The rug isn’t available to order online, so you’ll have to visit your nearest B&M if you want to buy it.
It comes after the budget retailer scrapped its home delivery option after launching it as a trial in June last year.
You can find your nearest branch on the B&M website.
And you may want to call ahead to check if it’s in stock to avoid a wasted trip.
