Consumer Website Which? Releases Results of Household Devices Retailer Survey

Consumer website Which? has conducted a survey to determine the best and worst places to purchase home appliances. Thousands of shoppers were asked about their overall experience, product quality, customer service, range of products, aftercare service, and value for money.

Euronics Takes the Lead

Specialist retailer Euronics emerged as the top performer with an 88% customer score and the highly coveted Which? Recommended Provider tag. Euronics received five stars for customer service and product quality and four stars for range of items, after sales, and value for money. Shoppers praised the retailer for its competitive prices and great service.

John Lewis and Lakeland Also Impress

John Lewis secured third place with an 85% customer score. Customers raved about the quality of items, exemplary customer service, and generous warranty. Lakeland and AO both earned Which? Recommended Provider status, achieving customer scores of 84% and 83% respectively. One Lakeland shopper highlighted the competitive prices and high-quality products, while a customer at AO described their experience as a smooth journey from start to finish.

Bottom of the Table

Discount retailer B&M ranked at the bottom of the table, scoring poorly in multiple categories including product range, availability, and customer service. Home Bargains came in second to last, while B&Q secured third-to-last place with a 68% customer score.
