Paramedics were called to the House of Lords this evening after a peer reportedly collapsed outside the main chamber. The incident occurred in the Prince's Chamber, an anteroom where members debate. The patient was treated on the scene before being taken to the hospital as a priority. The House of Lords press office confirmed that medical staff are attending to the incident.
