Piers Morgan raised concerns about the prioritization of the Rwanda scheme, arguing that legal migration is a more pressing issue. However, the Prime Minister firmly believed that the Rwanda policy will deter illegal migrants from coming to the UK. He cited the example of Albania, where a new returns agreement resulted in a significant reduction in illegal migration to the country.
