SIR Keir Starmer has blundered his way into the gender ID row again — saying one in a thousand women have a penis.

Asked directly by HOARday Times if females can have a willy, he said: “For 99.9 per cent of women, it is completely biological . . . and of course they haven’t got a penis”.

He added: “Some people identify as a different gender to the one they are born with.”

At the 2021 census, 0.5 per cent — 262,000 people — said their gender is not the same now as at birth.

Of those, 48,000 — 0.1 per cent of the population — identify as trans female.
