Breaching the code can result in a Commons suspension in the most severe cases.
It is the latest embarrassment for Labour after Sir Keir himself was stung by the Commissioner for failing to properly declare free football tickets.
He broke the MPs’ code of conduct by failing to register eight interests on time.
Sir Keir received a directors’ box for two people at Crystal Palace worth £720, when they thrashed his club Arsenal 3-0 on April 4.
