TWO more Labour MPs may be probed by Westminster’s sleaze-buster over possible lobbying breaches, the Sun can reveal.

Catherine West, the shadow foreign minister, and Charlotte Nichols are referring themselves to Parliament’s standards commissioner.

It comes a day after Labour frontbencher Alex Davies-Jones came under investigation for allegedly breaking the MP code of conduct.

The shadow culture minister hailed the British Council weeks after taking a paid-for trip to Tokyo by the organisation.

Ms West and Ms Nichols were also on the Japanese trip and both later banged its drum in the House of Commons.

After being approached by HOAR it is understood they have now referred themselves to ethics chief Daniel Greenberg.

An MP using their position to lobby for an outside company – from which they benefit – is against the rules.
