Zara Phillips and former England rugby player Mike Tindall have built their own family over the years.

The pair tied the knot back in 2011 and are now living in Gloucestershire with their three children.

Zara Phillips and her husband Mike Tindall have three children together.

Their first child, daughter Mia, was born in January 2014.

Zara gave birth to their second little girl, Lena, weighing 9lb 3oz in June 2018, at the Stroud Maternity Unit.

Then in March 2021, the couple welcomed their first son, called Lucas Phillip.

Zara has also opened up in the past about the two miscarriages she went through.

Revealing the devastating news in an interview with the Sunday Times, she said: "For me, the worst bit was that we had to tell everyone – everyone knew. I had to go through having the baby because it was so far along. I then had another miscarriage really early on."

She went on to add: "It was a time when my family came to the fore and I needed them. "You need to go through a period where you don't talk about it because it's too raw, but, as with everything, time's a great healer."

How old are they?

Zara and Mike's first child, Mia Grace was born on January 17, 2014

This means that Mia celebrated her ninth birthday in 2023.

Lena Elizabeth was born on June 18, 2018 and is five years old.

Their youngest child, Lucas, was born on March 21, 2021, which makes him two-years-old as of December 2023.

When did Zara meet Mike Tindall?

Zara – born on May 15, 1981 – an equestrian and Olympic silver medallist, married former rugby star Mike Tindall – born on October 18, 1978 – in 2011.

The two of them first crossed paths during England's Rugby World Cup-winning campaign in Australia in 2003, when she was 22-years-old.

They were introduced to each other in a bar in Sydney by Zara’s cousin Prince Harry.

In 2010, they announced they were engagement and went on to tied the knot on July 30, 2011.

As required by the Royal Marriages Act 1772 – which has since been repealed – the Queen gave her consent to their marriage in a meeting of the Privy Council on 10 May 2011.

They live together at their home in Gloucestershire along with their three children.

Mike and Zara are often considered by the public as being the most relatable couple in the royal family.

Despite being married to a royal, Mike is seen as a "regular" celebrity and went on to compete in I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2022 and has his own podcast with fellow rugby players called The Good, The Bad and The Rugby.
