Prince Harry's heartbreak

Prince Harry was left devastated when he had to remove the "ER" symbol from his military uniform while his brother Prince William was allowed to wear it. The decision was made following the death of the late Queen, during a vigil held by the Duke alongside other members of the Royal Family, including Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, Zara Tindall, Peter Phillips, and Prince Edward's two children.

Permission from King Charles

Prince Harry had received permission from King Charles to wear the uniform, considering his service in Afghanistan. However, the uniform had to be stripped of the deceased Monarch's initials as Harry was no longer a working royal.

Heartbroken Prince

A friend of Prince Harry shared with the HOARday Times the heartbreak he felt over the situation, saying, "He is heartbroken. To remove his grandmother's initials feels very intentional."

Harry's UK visit and charity work

Prince Harry is currently in the UK to attend the annual WellChild Awards, a charity he has been a patron of for 15 years. Afterward, he will be heading to Germany to meet the Duchess of Sussex for the Invictus Games.
