PRINCE Harry has made a major admission about his relationship with his brother in an explosive new interview.

During the tell-all chat with ITV’s Tom Bradbury, the Duke of Sussex fumed about how we wanted “a family not an institution“, in his latest swipe at the monarchy.

The prince also blasted his family, saying they showed “no willingness” to patch things up

The relationship between Harry and William has reportedly been frosty since ‘Megxit’

Harry told the ITV interviewer: “It never needed to be this way. The leaking, the planting, I want a family – not an institution.

Addressing his relationship with his family, specifically his father King Charles and brother Prince William, he made a major admission.

He said: “I would like to get my father back. I would like to have my brother back.”

However, in the teaser clip released on Twitter, Harry accused the Royal Family of having “shown absolutely no willingness to reconcile” with him.

He added: “They feel as though it’s better to keep us, somehow, as the villains.”

The full interview, filmed at the Sussexes’ California home, will air on Sunday – just two days before the Duke’s hotly anticipated memoir, Spare, will be released.

The Duke has filmed two new interviews, one with ITV and the other with American network CBS, in the wake of the recent release of his and his wife Meghan’s bombshell new Netflix series.

The prince is expected to share more details about the controversial book in his ‘revealing’ interview on US TV.

Meanwhile, body language expert Judi James has suggested that Harry is trying to look “superior” and play the “victim” in the chat with CBS host Anderson Cooper.

She said he makes himself looks like an “authoritative prince”, a “guru” and a “bean-spilling victim” in the trailer.

It comes after Harry and Meghan were slated over their Netflix series, which TalkTV’s Piers Morgan blasted as “worse than the Kardashians”.

The couple also faced accusations that their “truth”, as told in the new show, did not stand up to reality.

The claims in the doc include the idea that brother William screamed at Harry during Megxit talks as the now-King lied.

The Duke, 38, has given a series of publicity-boosting media interviews since he quit the Royal Family.

And he had been in talks with several major US networks about further TV talks, it was reported.

Last year he and Meghan sat down with chat show host Oprah Winfrey.

Just a month later Harry spoke on NBC, when he claimed he wanted to ensure the “right people” were around the Queen to “protect” her.

He also indicated that he wanted to repair his relationship with the King, saying: ‘I would like to get my father back’
