AN expert has revealed that Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, was able to see through Meghan’s ‘tactile performance’ just two months after the royal wedding.
Writing for the Sun, Tom Bower says the Duchess of Cornwall was perplexed to learn about Meghan’s explanations about the media war with her father, Thomas Markle – but unlike everyone else, she could see past the great act.
”She found it hard to believe that Meghan would sacrifice her career and independence to serve silently as a team-player devoted to the monarchy,” says the expert.
The two, according to him, have never shared a particularly good relationship – this was demonstrated yet again a couple of days ago when Camilla was announced to become Britain’s next Queen.
While there were greetings from everywhere, one part of the world remained silent – Montecito, California, where Meghan resides with Harry.

The couple and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, are told to have sent no customary congratulations to their family in London, writes Tom Bower.
”Camilla is the sort who would refer to Meghan as “that minx” — the self-seeking trouble- maker whose antics will always end in tears.
”But Meghan, Camilla will be clever enough to know, is not only infinitely more refined than the common county hustler, but also more intelligent, calculating and elusive.”
Tom adds: ”Harry’s disloyalty to Charles, Camilla knows, mirrors what appears to many to be Meghan’s exploitation of her royal title to advance her own career without offering even a nod of friendship towards the Royal Family.”
While, he points out, Meghan’s destination is yet unclear at the moment, ”she certainly has the backing to make a bid to star as an American politician”.

”I suspect Meghan no longer cares whether she is welcome in London.
”With female intuition, Camilla senses that just as Meghan is believed to have destroyed her relationship with her own family, she is doing the same to Harry’s.”
