WITH little money and struggling to look for childcare, Amelia Spencer begins to worry about her daughter Esther’s safety.
But things go from bad to worse when the Emmerdale teen finds a lump on her chest.

The character portrayed by Daisy Campbell has been adapting to young motherhood since the shock and premature birth of her daughter.
Although she has received help, most notably from Noah Dingle (Jack Downham), she can’t help but worry about who will look after Esther if anything happens to her in scenes airing next week on ITV.
Later on, Amelia attends the Doctors’ Surgery and it’s revealed she’s worried for a good reason.
She confides in Manpreet Sharma (played by Rebecca Sarker) about a lump she found on her chest.
Manpreet refers an overwhelmed Amelia to the breast clinic, sending her in a panic.
In later scenes, Amelia receives a call from the clinic and agrees to go in the following day but the pressure gets too her.
Noah witnesses Amelia crying but decides not to go over.

Noah’s drama with Samson Dingle reached a head in recent scenes of the Yorkshire-based soap when he confessed to Amelia that he had been paying his cousin to stay away from her and Esther.
The lad came clean after receiving some helpful advice from his mother Charity Dingle.
His confession didn’t sit well with Amelia who, feeling betrayed, decided to call it quits with Noah.
The pair had been going strong as a couple, particularly after Noah spent time in prison for assaulting and stalking Chloe Harris.
Viewers of the program were shocked when his behaviour seemed to have changed for the better.
But Amelia decided it was best for her and Esther to stay away from Noah after finding out about his scheme with Samson, despite the fact he was actually blackmailed.
Could a cancer diagnosis or health worries bring them back together?
