SARAH Sugden is due to celebrate her birthday and her grandmother Charity Dingle wants to make the day special.
But she gets side-tracked by a shocking discovery about Mackenzie Boyd and Chloe Harris next week in Emmerdale.

But Charity is crushed to see Mackenzie share a moment with Chloe Harris
Mackenzie Boyd (played by Lawrence Robb) is becoming more involved in his son Reuben’s life as his wife Charity (Emma Atkins) recently found he had slept with Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland).
But after weeks of secrecy and an explosive showdown, which included Charity considering divorce after a short-lived marriage, both women are more than determined to keep Mack at their side.
Things get tough for Charity next week on ITV as Mackenzie visits his son Reuben and spends time with Chloe.
Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) is conflicted about whether to tell her grandmother about Mackenzie and Chloe’s afternoon together, particularly as she’s already kept secrets from Charity in the past.
The following day, Charity pretends to have forgotten Sarah’s birthday and, as a surprise, Moses, Ryan and Noah burst in singing “Happy Birthday” to her.
Charity reluctantly, but for Sarah’s benefit, invites Chloe to Sarah’s surprise birthday party.
But tensions rise when Mackenzie joins them with baby Reuben.
Charity is upset as Mackenzie had promised her he’s just being a dad to Reuben and there is no romance between him and Chloe.
In later scenes, Charity catches Mackenzie and Chloe sharing a charged kiss in the backroom and due to the emotion of Mack seeing Reuben’s first smile, both are blissfully unaware they’re being watched.
Charity is filled with vengeance as she tells Chas what she saw and her bravado fails to convince her cousin that she’s over Mack.
Meanwhile, Mack and Chloe are awkward after yesterday’s kiss and agree to leave things open-ended.
