Life in Albert Square was forever changed when Gray Atkins was finally arrested for his vile crimes in March, 2022.
The criminal and solicitor was on a murderous warpath after killing his own wife Chantelle, who was also the victim of domestic violence behind closed doors.
Chelsea Fox (portrayed by Zaraah Abrahams) needed time and some convincing from Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and Kheerat Panesar before realising Gray was dangerous.
Her Christmas wedding in 2020 was shaken by Whitney revealing Gray had abused and potentially murdered his wife and she soon hatched a plan to leave him.
But as viewers may remember, Chelsea was cautious to leave abruptly as she wanted her son Jordan to remain safe.
She eventually managed to get out of Gray’s grasp and caught his confession while on the phone to the authorities.
Since his arrest, she’s adapted to a new life at No.1, allowing Whitney, Felix and Finlay Baker to move in with her.
Whitney, who has also had her share of Gray drama, has also moved on and allowed love into her life in the form of Zack Hudson (James Farrar).
The market trader takes her relationship to the next level when she asks Zack to move in with her into No.1.
