The Weatherfield tough man played by Ciarán Griffiths got into business with Adam Barlow earlier this year.
This has led him to meet Adam’s wife Sarah (Tina O’Brien) and a connection grew despite her best intentions.
In recent scenes of the ITV program, Sarah and Damon were caught kissing by her son Harry and her mother Gail Platt became involved.
She tried to make Sarah see sense and convinced her to put an end to her affair with Damon, which the Underworld PA has desperately tried to do on multiple occasions before being lured back into the affair.
Gail (Helen Worth) previously walked in to Sarah and Damon getting cosy, suspecting them to be up to no good.
Her suspicions were confirmed when she found one of Harry’s drawings depicting Sarah kissing another man.
Tonight, in a bid to ease her guilt, Sarah tells Adam (Sam Robertson) that she’s booked them both the day off so they can enjoy some family time.
However, as they play a game with Harry he becomes upset and announces that he doesn’t want a new father.
Sarah tries to convince Adam that Harry’s remark was meaningless before admitting to Harry that she did kiss Damon but would be grateful if he would keep her secret.
Distraught, Harry declares to Adam that Sarah’s a liar and he hates her.
Shaking like a leaf, Sarah knows it’s time for her to face the music and confesses to Adam that she’s slept with Damon.Â
