CORONATION Street’s rarely seen Malcolm Hebden was spotted shopping in Manchester – two years after quitting the soap as Norris Cole.

The actor, who played the iconic character in the show from 1994 to 2021, headed to Booths supermarket to pick up some bits.

The soap legend pushed his trolley outside the shop

Malcom, 83, was all smiles as he pushed his trolley in a light blue short-sleeved shirt, black trousers and a pain of casual shoes.

The soap star also rocked his iconic glasses and a classy watch around his wrist.

Malcolm was been spotted for the first time in November 2022 after quitting the soap.

In the snap Malcolm beamed as he stood alongside two pals in a black puffer jacket.

The ITV soap killed off fan-favourite Norris Cole following Malcolm’s exit from the show after 27 years.

Malcolm first appeared on the Cobbles in 1974 as Thelma Barlow’s Spanish boyfriend Carlos.

Then in 1994 he bagged the role of Norris, but left in three years later.

The star then played the fan favourite on/off until 2020.

Malcolm has appeared in more than 1,600 episodes from 1994.
