EASTENDERS’ Whitney Dean has dropped a devastating baby bombshell on Zack Hudson.
The market trader – who is played by actress Shona McGarty in the BBC soap – spent tonight’s episode with boyfriend Zack on the day she was due to give birth to their baby Peach.

Viewers know they lost Peach after discovering she suffered form a life-limiting condition.
Tonight, Zack revealed his viral load has reduced significantly enough that he could have unprotected sex without risk of passing HIV onto Whitney.
He told her that it meant they could begin trying again for another baby.
But Whitney had made a decision and she struggled to break it to Zack.
She said: “You know I dream about Peach all the time? I dream about dressing her up in pretty little outfits.
“I know it sounds stupid but I even dream about breastfeeding her. And then I wake up and I’m hugging the pillow and I’m just crying.”
As Zack insisted things would be different, Whitney told him: “Listen what I’m saying is I don’t think I could bear it again.
“Not for a third time. I don’t think I could put my body through that again.
“I know how much you want kids. Zack you’re not listening to me. I can’t. I can’t alright? Not now, not ever. I’m sorry.”
One wrote: “Massive respect for Whitney right now.”
