EMMERDALE fans all have the same complaint as the Dingle Court assembled to deal with Caleb Miligan.
The family was summoned by Cain Dingle after the truth about his brother Caleb’s reason for being in the village was revealed.

Viewers know Caleb came to Emmerdale to destroy his stepmother Kim Tate for stealing millions from his dad Frank.
But that plot saw him betray his brother Cain by destroying Moira’s farm business after he was outwitted by Kim.
Tonight Cain called a family court to get rid of Caleb once and for all – but he failed to invite his brother.
And when he turned up, he called out the ridiculousness of the entire Dingle Court situation.
He said: “What about me, Cain? Do I not get a vote? I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything so tragic in my entire life.
“Seriously though, a kangaroo court? Come on. I don’t know how this goes but if I’m found guilty, who pulls the trigger? Or is it more of a rope thing?
“Do you know what? I don’t care about your silly vote. Raise your hands, tick a box, it really doesn’t matter to me.
“I won’t say this again – this was never about anyone in this room. I came here for Kim. I wanted to finish her and leave her with nothing – the end.
“All of you – for everything that has happened – I’m sorry. You’re my brother and I’m going nowhere.”
Viewers found the entire situation ridiculous and all had the same complaint.
One wrote: “Caleb still your half brother cain but don’t blame him for not knowing him but non of the dingles are angels are they ?”
A second said: “How come Chas never faced Dingle court for what she did to ‘one of their own’ Paddy?”
Another added: “Dingle court s bunch of hypocrites. Most of them have committed at least one crime.”
