EMMERDALE fans have been left seriously distracted by a ‘nonsensical’ blunder on the ITV set.
Wednesday’s episode of the ITV soap featured an early scene between Marlon, Bear and Liam, who were sitting outside enjoying a hot drink.
The lads were first seen outside enjoying the fresh ‘spring’ air in lightweight coats
Just hours later there was lots of snow in the Dales
Bear took a deep breath and said: “I tell you what, I’m loving this Spring in the air. It’s good for the soul.”
The trio then decided to head off on a fishing trip with Paddy, who had joined them.
During the episode, other outdoor scenes featured the cast in lighter weight jackets.
However, moments later, Caleb walked out of the shop into heavy snowfall before being confronted by his secret son, Nicky.
The sudden change in the weather, considering it was supposed to be spring, didn’t go unnoticed by Emmerdale viewers.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: “Emmerdale one minute sunshine and the next it’s snowing.”
Another added: “Some crazy weather in Emmerdale lately…”
A third tweeted: “Oh this is really taking the p*ss now with the snow!!! Think they need to sack the continuity people! Snowing, not snowing, really snowing heavy, no snow anywhere, snowing again!!! Ffs.”
“These time lapses are making me laugh.. characters were sat outside the cafe earlier and now it’s snowing,” laughed another.
The episode ended with Paddy and Chas spending time together at her home, after he had realised how stressed she was running the place by herself since he moved out.
Paddy spent time with their daughter Eve before starting dinner for them all, and as Chas started to help, her estranged husband offered her a hug.
But as they pulled away, they shared a meaningful look before sharing a brief kiss which was then interrupted by Eve shouting for her dad.
