EMMERDALE’S Amelia Spencer has revealed her hair-brained plan to save dad Dan Spencer for years in prison – to go on the run.
The student – who is played by actress Daisy Campbell in the ITV soap – will do anything to ensure her dad isn’t sent to prison despite him pleading guilty to manslaughter.

She told Dan she had searched how to do it online
In tonight’s episode Dan made arrangements for Amelia to move in with her brother Sean into his box room with baby Esther.
He had even found her a new college to continue her education but she had other plans.
“I’m not living with Sean,” she said before adding: “We’re going on the run.”
“Going on the run?” replied Dan incredulously.
“Do you know how insane that is? It’s not practical. It’s only eight years and there’s nothing we can do about it.
“I’ve done what I’ve done and it’s happening. I wish I could change the past but I can’t and you coming up with this escape plan is not going to help.”
But Amelia had it all planned out, telling him: “I’ve looked it up.
“It’s not that difficult. We just need to make sure we get on a ferry to Ireland before your court date. That’s it and then we can just disappear.”
She added: “It’s not fair, you’re not a danger to society. You made a mistake.
“The system’s going to screw you and I’m not going to let that happen and you’re not going to let that happen.
“We’re getting out of here. We have to.”
Fans are in shock.
One wrote: “On the run, you can’t be serious Amelia.”
A second said: “Wisen up Amelia.”
Another added: “That’s it do a runner Dan and add years to your sentence when you do get caught.”
