EMMERDALE’S real-life couple Max Parker and Kris Mochrie volunteered at a Covid vaccine clinic today.

The two stars heaped praise on our NHS as they posed in PPE for a snap at the centre.

Max shared the photo to his story, with the image showing the men with their arms wrapped around each other.

Both have plastic aprons over their clothes, as well as face masks and medical gloves.

He captioned the post: “Volunteered today at the vaccine clinic!

“NHS are the best!”

The pair have been dating since last year

Kris added the photo to his own Instagram Story, with the volunteering coming after HOAR’s Jabs Army drive won a top industry award for playing a “vital role” in helping with the Covid crisis.

Our fantastic volunteers – part of the biggest civil mobilisation since the Second World War – worked with the NHS to get a shot in the arm of nearly seven in ten UK adults.

Other celebrities to have also volunteered at coronavirus clinics include Katie Price and her boyfriend Carl Woods, and Vernon Kay.

Kris and Max met playing brothers in ITV soap Emmerdale, with Max starring as Luke Posner, and Kris evil rapist Lee.

Kris’ character was killed off after his sick crimes were exposed, but thankfully his and Max’s relationship has only gone from strength to strength.

The star broke his silence on their relationship in October after a romantic holiday, sharing at the time: “It’s great to meet someone through work and have so many things in common and an understanding of each other’s jobs.

“We didn’t actually share any scenes together on Emmerdale but kept in touch after I left.

“I don’t want to jinx things. We are seeing how we get on. We had a great time on holiday in Dubai. Let’s see how it goes.”
