How will Howie respond?

1. Jack assaults a teen…

Amy Mitchell (played by Abbie Burke) is testing her limits as her budding romance with Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega) continues to evolve this week.

However, in upcoming scenes of the BBC One soap, Lily Slater is concerned when Amy tells her she plans to sleep with the lad, making the most of her father Jack (Scott Maslen) being gone for the evening with his wife Denise Fox (Diane Parish).

Later on, Stacey Slater notices that Lily is hiding something.

Once she learns what is really going on, the owner of Stacey’s Baps makes the decision to alert Jack.

Meanwhile, Denzel arrives at Amy’s but refuses to go along with her plans, telling her instead he’d like to take things slowly.

The pair kiss but a raging Jack interrupts their moment by storming in and slamming Denzel against a wall.

Denise, her sister Kim and Denzel’s father Howie all try to calm Jack down as he holds Denzel against the wall.

Amy insists nothing happened just as Denise goes above and beyond to calm the situation.

Fuming, Jack puts harsh punishments in place for Amy.

Little does he know things are bound to get worse.

Later on, Denise talks to Jack but as he starts to calm down, he receives a call from his boss.

During the call, he finds out he has been reported for assaulting Denzel and will be investigated.

A furious Jack throws accusations around, determined to find out who could be responsible.

Back home, he’s shocked to see Amy arguing with Lily about the incident.

But there’s still even MORE trouble ahead for the police officer.

Sam Mitchell offers Jack some support

2. … and gets blackmailed

Jack is even more surprised by Sam (Kim Medcalf) when she offers him support.

The pair share a son, Ricky, born during their short-lived affair and Sam left the boy behind in 2016 to go back to Portugal, without warning.

This means the pair haven’t had the best relationship but Jack is still relieved to receive some support.

Unfortunately, Sam gets the wrong end of the stick and leans in for a kiss.

Both characters are unaware somebody is lurking in the shadows, filming them.

Later on, the Walford troublemaker is touched when Jack suggests their son Ricky spends the day with her.

Jack keeps his teenaged daughter Amy on a tight leash after her plans with Denzel went awry but he’s stunned when he receives a video of Sam kissing him from a mystery sender.

To make matters worse, Jack the discovers he’s been suspended from work following his outburst against Denzel.

Horrified and in shock, Jack goes to the Fox’s to apologise to Denzel… but his wife Denise also receives the video of Sam kissing Jack.

How will she react?

Could this mean Jack’s marriage is in jeopardy?

Who filmed him with Sam?
