The Becca Dean star – who is married to actor David O’Mahony – introduced Isabella Charlotte to the world in April.
She and Three Musketeers movie actor David, 40, already have a three-year-old daughter called Isla.
Isabella was born by Caesarean section at London’s Chelsea and Westminster hospital.
Ali told OK! magazine at the time: “The midwife was like, ‘Ready, 1,2,3…’
“Then the screen dropped and Isabella was lifted up. I just sobbed. It was so overwhelmingly emotional.”
She added that staff even let them choose the soundtrack to the baby’s arrival, saying: “Isabella was born to Don’t Stop Believing by Journey. We had that song at our wedding. It’s very jazz hands.”
