But he was tragically killed off in truly tragic circumstances after dying in a boat accident when Ian Beale locked him in a room as payback for attacking his son Bobby.

After the boat crashed he tried to save the teenage tearaway but failed to keep him alive as they were dragged out by the current.

But his soap exit didn’t stop the child star from achieving big things, and he swapped the square for the footy pitch.

Last month, he took to social media to share a photo of himself in his kit.

Bleu wrote: “22/23 Season. It has been an unreal and unforgettable season. 2 league titles, a record breaking FA Youth Cup run, representing and captaining my county and also in the trial process for England Schoolboys. Hopefully more successes next year.”

He also went on to list the titles they’d won, including National Youth Alliance U19s League Winners, Kent Youth League U18s Winner and 3rd Round of FA Youth Cup.

The EastEnders star often shares snaps of himself playing the sport with his 75,000 Instagram followers.

He also shares selfies, snaps with pals and recently posted a photo while suited and booted at Ascot Ladies Day.

As well as EastEnders acting success, the teen played Backlack’s son Blue in the 2017 movie King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, alongside Jude Law, David Beckham and Charlie Hunnam.

Sharing a cast shot, featuring famous director Guy Ritchie and his famous co-stars, he wrote: “King Arthur Days.”

He said on the red carpet for the movie premiere at the time: “It’s amazing, all the big names – I can’t believe it. Being my first film it’s a really good experience.”

Away from acting and football, Landau has also proved his worth as a successful model having worked for nationwide brand names such as Avon, M&S, La Petite, and River Island.
