Marriage on the rocks
Tracy Barlow and Steve McDonald's marriage has hit a rough patch, as the cabbie himself admits during a conversation with his friend Tim Metcalfe. Little does Steve know, his wife Tracy has been having an affair with Tommy Orpington, a shocking revelation that is about to be exposed.
A romantic gesture
In an effort to make amends, Steve plans a romantic meal for Tracy at the Bistro. Tracy smirks at Tommy, believing she has successfully hidden her guilt. However, things take a turn when Tracy reveals that Steve will be away on an airport run, giving Tommy the opportunity he can't resist.
Caught in the act
As Tracy and Tommy engage in their affair, a window cleaner named Gav Adetiba and Tim find themselves inadvertently witnessing the illicit encounter. Tracy quickly comes up with an excuse, but her luck begins to unravel when Tim confides in Sally about what he saw.
A troubled marriage
This affair comes at a time when Tracy and Steve's marriage is already under strain. Their daughter Amy's rape ordeal has taken a toll on their relationship, as they grappled with the emotional aftermath and legal fees. Could Tracy's affair be the breaking point that leads to the end of their marriage?
