AJ PRITCHARD has been spotted out in London with new girlfriend Zara Zoffany after splitting from long-term love Abbie Quinnen.
The Celebrity SAS and Strictly star wrapped up against the cold in a puffer jacket and baseball cap, covering his eyes with shades as he held hands with Zara, who wore running shorts and a coat.

Abbie claims AJ left her for the dancer after three-year relationship
AJ left ex-girlfriend Abbie devastated earlier this month when he suddenly split with her after a near three-year relationship.
The pair had been through a lot together, including an incident during lockdown when an attempt at a TikTok trend backfired and left dancer Abbie seriously burned.
Abbie, who met AJ when she worked as a dancer on his tour, tearfully told SE: “I’m completely devastated and my world has fallen apart.
“AJ isn’t the person I thought he was. After everything I went through with him I thought we would be together for ever. He has been the biggest disappointment to me.
“This has knocked my confidence after my accident and I need to rebuild myself now. AJ was my world and I didn’t recognise the guy who was breaking up with me.”
Abbie Quinnen said they had even discussed marriage days before he announced “out of the blue” that he did not love her.
They had even gone on a romantic holiday together before he flew out to South America to film Channel 5 series, The Challenge.
It was during filming that he met follow contestant, Zara, and he split with Abbie on a park bench once he was back home, shortly after she had caught him texting a girl on his phone.
Zara is best pals with Topshop heiress Chloe Green and appeared on MTV reality show The Royal World in 2018.
