Jade Goody's mother, Jackiey Budden, has once again criticized her former son-in-law, Jeff Brazier.

Not Holding Back

In a recent interview with MailOnline, Jackiey, 66, did not hold back in expressing her feelings towards Jeff. She had previously referred to him as a derogatory term after secretly watching her grandson Bobby Brazier win his first-ever National Television Award (NTA).

Setting the Record Straight

Jackiey explained the circumstances surrounding her comments, stating, "When I came out for the NTA Awards, I’m loud and it’s the drink and someone went, ‘Oh I bet you’re really proud,’ and, ‘How do you get on with Jeff Brazier,’ and I said, ‘He’s a c**k.’ Next minute I’m on the internet and all over the papers. As I came out of the O2, someone overheard me say it, so they sold the story."

A Long-Standing Feud

Jackiey didn't shy away from expressing her ongoing feud with Jeff, saying, "I haven’t got a problem with [calling him that]. He’s been a c**k for f*****g nine years. Bobby doesn’t need that stress on his head. He’s my grandson."

Proud Grandmother

Despite her animosity towards Jeff, Jackiey had nothing but praise for her grandson Bobby, commending his achievements on Strictly. Bobby recently won the Rising Star award at the NTAs for his role in EastEnders.

A Touching Tribute

During his acceptance speech, Bobby paid tribute to his father, Jeff, saying, "This actually has very, very, very little to do with me and everything to do with my Dad. Over the course of the last 20 years, I’ve consistently heard him say ‘because I can’. It was a mantra, or a motto of his. And him just saying that – because I can! Why not?"

Reconciliation

Bobby's relationship with his grandmother had been strained in the past, but the two have recently reconnected. Bobby shared with his fans on Instagram, "I didn’t see her for ages – for way too long – but I went to see her twice recently. And honestly if there’s one woman you shouldn’t underestimate, it’s my nan. Honestly, she’s like a wizard! It’s nuts."
