SOAP star Will Mellor has revealed his intense Strictly Come Dancing weight loss after being axed.
The Hollyoaks actor, 46, who performed alongside dance partner Nancy Xu, said he lost a stone doing the show.

Since leaving the dance floor, Will has shed some light on his schedule and noticeable weight loss whilst competing.
He told HOAR: “I have a routine every Sunday, it’s my not-moving day.
“I sit on the couch, I have my legs in the air, then I get my wife’s foot spa out and I put my feet in there, not with hot water, but I put ice in there as my feet are killing me from the Latin shoes.
“They are like elements of torture. Dance in them for three days, honestly I’ll tell you anything you want.”
The former Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps star went on to say: “There’s thing’s that I’m doing now that I would never have done.
“I’m fitter now than I have been in 20 years, I’ve lost about a stone in weight.
“My watch doesn’t even fit me any more, if you’re losing weight off your writs you’re working hard!”
Chatting about his physical wellbeing, Will stated: “I’m doing physio a couple of times a week, basically just to try and look like I’m not in pain on the show, and that I’m fit as a fiddle, I’m dead young, I walk on the floor like Wayne Sleep and I walk off it like Steptoe!”
Speaking after losing his spot on Strictly, Will said: “Obviously you all know now that sadly I got voted out in the semi final and didn’t make the final – fell at the final hurdle.
“Sorry about that for everyone who has been voting for me, I’ve given it everything I’ve got, I tried my best. It wasn’t enough.”
Their untimely departure was branded a “fix” by some fans who felt there was a “conspiracy” against Will.
