MINECRAFT fans usually spend their time building incredible worlds, but it also has a story.

Through a long-winded path of collecting Ender Pearls, building a Nether Portal, and finding the End Portal, players get a chance to take down the final boss.

The Ender Dragon is famously hard to take down.

However, taking down the Ender Dragon isn’t easy, and if you kill her then the credits will roll.

Speedrunners have been searching for the fastest way to beat the final boss since it was released, but a huge time save was found recently.

A new trick was recently discovered, allowing you to kill the Ender Dragon in under 30 seconds, and all you need are some Ender Pearls and an arrow.

Here’s the fastest way to take down the Ender Dragon in Minecraft.

The fastest way to kill the Ender Dragon – Minecraft

The trick is based around how arrows work. They do more damage the faster they are moving.

Usually there is a maximum amount of damage, but it can be combined with other things like explosions.

At the very centre of the Ender Dragon is a hitbox that blows the player away if you get too close.

The final important thing are the Ender Pearls, which allow you to teleport around the arena.

Putting all of this together is how to pull off the one-arrow kill.

  • Throw an Ender Pearl to get from your End spawn point to the top of one of the towers.
  • You won’t teleport until the thrown Ender Pearl lands, so just before you teleport, throw another pearl far across the island.
  • Once at the top of the pillar, throw another pearl up at the Ender Dragon and draw your bow.
  • You’ll be teleported directly into the dragon’s centre and have just a few frames to release your arrow.
  • The arrow will be given extra speed by the dragon’s knockback effect, but hit it in the process, killing it with one shot.
  • The pearl you threw across the island will now land and teleport you safely to the ground.

This strategy is incredibly difficult and will require a lot of luck and practice in order to pull it off.

However, if you learn how to do it, you’ll definitely be able to impress your friends.
