Fortnite, the popular online game, has just wrapped up its biggest event yet, with a massive influx of players overwhelming the game servers. The event featured performances by none other than Eminem, and the demand was so high that repeat performances had to be scheduled to accommodate everyone.

Lego Fortnite: A Collaborative Creative Mode

As Chapter 4 comes to a close and Chapter 5 kicks off, Fortnite is introducing three new child-friendly modes of play. The first of these is Lego Fortnite, a special mode created in collaboration with Lego. This mode focuses on building using the iconic colorful blocks and will be added to the game on December 7.

Rocket Racing: A New Twist on the Game

Another exciting mode is Rocket Racing, which is a collaboration between Fortnite and Rocket League, another game owned by Epic Games. In this mode, football takes a backseat as players race supersonic acrobatic rocket-powered battle cars around a standard track. Rocket Racing will be released on December 8, just one day after the Lego collaboration.

Fortnite Festival: Take the Stage in a Musical Mode

The final new mode, called Fortnite Festival, is a collaboration with the studio behind Rock Band, another Epic Games creation. This mode allows players to perform on stage with friends or go solo, singing along to current hit songs. The Weeknd will be the first featured artist when the mode launches on December 9.

With its cartoony characters and vibrant world, Fortnite has always appealed to younger players. However, concerns have been raised about exposing children to violence in the game's main mode, Battle Royale. These new child-friendly modes offer a safer and more age-appropriate experience for young Fortnite fans.

If you're eager to try out these new modes, mark your calendars for December 7, 8, and 9, and get ready to dive into the exciting world of Fortnite!
