Best Light Cones for Welt in Honkai: Star Rail
Welt’s signature Light Cone In the Name of the World is one of the best weapons he can wield.
It increases Welt’s damage significantly if the target has received a debuff, and enhances his skills as well.
This Light Cone also allows him to apply debuffs more consistently making for a powerful synergy.
If you don’t have this five-star weapon here are some alternatives.

Best Relics for Welt in Honkai: Star Rail
While Welt will benefit from more attack power, his effect hit rate, and break effect are also important.
However, there is a great set of Planar Ornaments for this which converts his effect hit rate into extra attack.

- Wastelander of Banditry Desert (4) – +10% Imaginary Damage, +10% Critical Hit Rate, +20% Critical Hit Damage when attacking Imprisoned enemies.
- Thief of Shooting Meteor (4) – +16% Break Effect, another +16% Break Effect and the wearer regenerates three Energy on inflicting Weakness Break.
Planar Ornaments
- Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise (2) – +10% Effect Hit Rate, Attack increases by up to 25% of Effect Hit Rate.

Welt works well on pretty much any team he is a part of as he swings the momentum in your party’s favour.

Welt works perfectly with Dan Heng, as his damage is increased when the enemy is slowed.
Asta improves this as she can buff your speed giving you the clear tempo advantage.

This continues to use the same strategy for Welt and Dan Heng, but here March 7th uses shields rather than healthing.
Himeko further benefits from her team’s weakness breaks which will charge up her Victory Rush.
