BETHESDA is known for creating and publishing some of the biggest open-world games on the market.

Remastered Classic

The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall, the biggest open-world game ever published by Bethesda, is gaining popularity among PC gamers. Originally released in 1996 with old-school 3D pixel graphics, fans of the game have remade it in Unity to give it a more modern look.

Free to Play

Bethesda made a number of its legacy games, including Daggerfall, free to play in 2022. PC gamers can download the base game for free from Steam and then upgrade to the Daggerfall Unity mod.

Years in the Making

The Daggerfall Unity mod took around 10 years to develop due to the small development team and the massive size of the game's map. With approximately 15k locations to explore, the game world is roughly the size of the United Kingdom.

Classic Gaming

As fans eagerly await the release of The Elder Scrolls 6, revisiting classics from the series like Daggerfall is a great way to pass the time. Daggerfall is a fan-favorite and highly regarded as one of the best games in the series after Skyrim.
