It's a new year, and Pokémon are celebrating with a number of gifts for players. If you want to grab some free items, read on to find out what's currently available.

This is the menu where you can find Mystery Gifts.

If you want to get your hands on some free in-game items, then we’ll walk you through the process. Here’s all the items currently available through mystery gifts in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: All Mystery Gift Codes

There are some Mystery gifts currently available for those who purchased the game on release. More codes will be released as time goes on, and you can find them all through the official Pokémon newsletter if you subscribe. For now, here are all known Mystery Gift codes for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet in January 2024:

  • 30x Quick Balls until February 28, 2025 – G0TCHAP0KEMON
  • Expert Belt until February 28, 2025 – SUPEREFFECT1VE
  • Chest Form Gimmighoul until November 30, 2024 – SEEY0U1NPALDEA
  • Terastal Cap until November 30, 2024 – WEARTERASTALCAP
  • Cetitan until August 31, 2024 – L1KEAFLUTE
  • Shiny Lucario until January 3, 2024 – SH1NYBUDDY
  • Bonus for purchasing the physical version or a physical double-pack: 200x Pokéballs Individual codes are provided with purchase.

If you use 'Get via Internet' there are some more items you can grab.

  • Master Ball from December 14, 2023
  • 10x TM223 Metal Sound from December 26, 2023

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: How to Redeem Mystery Gifts

Follow these steps to redeem a Mystery Gift in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet:

  1. Press the X button in the game to open the menu.
  2. Select the Poké Portal option on the right.
  3. Select the Mystery Gift option at the bottom.
  4. Select the method for redeeming the Mystery Gift.
  5. If you have a code for redemption, enter it to receive your reward.
  6. If your Mystery Gift does not require a code, then select ‘Get via Internet’ to automatically receive your gift.
