FORMER pop star Siva Kaneswaran broke down in tears ahead of his semi-final performance, as he dedicated his emotional skate to his late pal and bandmate, Tom Parker.
The semi-finalist, 34, was seen speaking about his friend, who died of a brain tumour in March last year.
Siva tried to hold back tears but it seems it was too much for him to handle. And fans were quick to show their support.
One fan took to Twitter and said; ” Emotional night.”‘
While another said: “1 song for his dad and 1 song for Tom, this man has some courage and strength to do these performances.”
But ever the professional, Siva took to the ice and performed well scoring nine points across the board, making it his highest score throughout the series.
When asked by Holly Willoughby how he managed to get through his performance, he said he was “still shaking.”
Speaking on his performance, Siva added: “I’m so happy I get to celebrate Tom.”
He also publicly promised to help take care of Tom’s two children that he shared with wife Kelsey Hardwick.
