Using the Camp Diet for Competitive Racing

Champion jockey and latecomer to the I’m A Celebrity jungle, Frankie Dettori, has admitted that he is using his time in camp as a diet ahead of his next competitive race. The 52-year-old jockey will be riding at Santa Anita race course on Boxing Day and is relying on the camp’s rice and beans diet to maintain his weight.

Frankie’s Secret Advantage in the Jungle

Frankie Dettori revealed that he believes he has a secret advantage in the jungle. As the smallest cast member, he expects to suffer the least and believes this will give him more incentive to win stars in the challenges.

Advice from Former Campmates

Before entering the jungle, Frankie sought advice from former campmates Willy Carson and Gino D’Acampo. They advised him to be himself, embrace the experience, and live in the moment. Frankie admitted that he is unsure of what to expect but is looking forward to the challenge.

A Familiar Face in the Jungle

Frankie revealed that he already knows one of his campmates, Nigel. They shared a manager in the past and had a memorable lunch together with a racehorse owner. Frankie is excited to see a familiar face and feels more at ease knowing Nigel is there.

As a latecomer to the jungle, Frankie has many questions about what has been going on. Nigel will be the first person he can talk to and get updates from.
