EMMERDALE fans are convinced they have uncovered newcomer Caleb Milligan’s secret amid Paddy Kirk’s disappearance.
Viewers have been suspicious of Caleb (Will Ash) ever since he arrived in the village and tried to reunite with his family.

Chas is shocked by Caleb’s revelation
After Friday’s episode, many fans believe they know the real reason for Caleb’s arrival on to the Dales.
Chas (Lucy Pargeter) was shocked to discover Caleb was the last person to see Paddy (Dominic Brunest) before he went missing.
Caleb explained to Chas and the police that he had seen Paddy after he slept with ex Mandy (Lisa Riley).
He revealed he told him: “If I was him with everything that’s going on in his life I’d be starting to think about moving on.”
Chas was left open-mouthed by the his revelation.
The landlady fumed at Caleb for telling Paddy to essentially “shove off.”
Caleb insisted: “He needed squaring up. You know he did. He was getting to you.”
Meanwhile viewers were left distracted after Caleb’s detailed description of Paddy’s last sighting.
Caleb revealed: “Actually he [Paddy] was wearing jeans, that brown jacket he always wears and a green shirt.”
Many fans took to Twitter to speculate Caleb could be an undercover police officer.
One said: “#Emmerdale Oh Caleb – your description of Paddy was very policeyfied then… Are we sure you aren’t an undercover cop?”
Another wrote: “Caleb very observant on what Paddy was wearing. Worthy of an undercover cop, I deem #Emmerdale.”
A third penned: “#Emmerdale Caleb giving a very forensic account of how Paddy was dressed. Just how a [police officer] would if talking to his superiors.”
However Emmerdale boss Jane Hudson confirmed viewers are yet to work out Caleb’s big secret.
She told viewers: “Well, I can tell you he’s not an undercover cop, Coronation Street recently did that story brilliantly with Spider (Martin Hancock).
“We’re not going to copy it, so he’s not an undercover cop, there is a secret about Caleb and the viewers have not yet guessed it.”
