Jamie Lynn Spears has sparked outrage among her co-stars on Dancing With The Stars after securing a secret deal that allowed her to join I’m A Celebrity.
Special Treatment for Jamie Lynn
The controversial move came to light when Jamie Lynn made an appearance on the finale of the American dancing show, just six days after leaving the I’m A Celebrity camp. Normally, celebrities have to appear on the final episode to receive their full fee, but Jamie Lynn got special treatment.
According to insiders, Jamie Lynn was able to claim both full fees from both shows thanks to the top secret deal. A source said, “Jamie Lynn has played a blinder and is laughing all the way to the bank. While other celebs have to appear in the final of the show to get their fee, Jamie Lynn was told she could go to Australia and not have to worry. It has been the talk of DWTS and it was a controversial move because it is so out of the ordinary. Some of Jamie Lynn’s co-stars have admitted they thought it was unfair that she seemed to get special treatment.”
Surprise Appearance on the Finale
Jungle fans were left stunned when Jamie Lynn appeared on the finale of I’m A Celebrity on Tuesday. She appeared on screen with her pro partner Alan Bersten and later explained, “Still not 100 percent but I had to show up for my guy.”
ITV confirmed that Jamie Lynn left I’m A Celebrity on “medical grounds” on November 29. She struggled in camp and expressed missing her daughters, Maddie, 15, and Ivey, five.
Fred Sirieix, Jamie Lynn’s campmate, revealed that she was “non-existent” in camp at the start of the show and was sleeping for 18 hours a day.
