In a dramatic moment on tonight’s episode of I’m A Celebrity, Nigel Farage found himself overwhelmed during the Bushtucker Trial, exclaiming “I can’t do this” to hosts Ant and Dec.
In Too Deep Trial
Last night, viewers learned that Nigel Farage and Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard would be participating in the In Too Deep Trial. The aim of the trial was to collect stars for their fellow campmates by submerging themselves underwater to unscrew the stars.
A Struggle Underwater
In a preview clip from tonight’s show, Nigel can be seen visibly struggling with the task. After briefly submerging himself, he resurfaces without a star, shaking his head in frustration. Ant and Dec remark on his difficulty, with Dec suggesting the use of a ladder to assist him.
Support from Nick and the Hosts
Meanwhile, Nick Pickard provides support to Nigel as he continues to attempt unscrewing the star underwater. Ant encourages Nigel, saying, “That was better Nige! Keep going.” However, it remains to be seen whether Nigel will be able to overcome his struggles and secure stars for his campmates.
Nella Rose’s Absence
During the announcement of the Trial participants, Nella Rose was noticeably absent. Ant and Dec explained that she was being seen by medics at the time. Although some fans found this suspicious, a source assured that it was due to a physical, medical emergency unrelated to her mental health.
Dec informed viewers, “Nella is being seen by the medic so she’ll be back later, but it means she’s now exempt from this trial.”
