He now presents the 3.30pm to 6pm show with Vick Hope Monday to Thursday.

Jordan was born in York and was raised in Burnley, Lancashire.

He graduated with a BA in Media Production from the University of Sunderland before launching his career in radio at BBC Radio 5 Live as a researcher.

From then on, Jordan’s career in radio and presenting has been wide ranging.

He worked at Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s in-house radio station and Preston FM before going on to present shows on Capital North East and Capital Manchester.

Jordan began his own podcast in 2018 named Help I Sexted My Boss in which he helped listeners with their dilemmas alongside his pal and etiquette guru William Hanson.

He also hosted the Bafta TV Awards red-carpet alongside fellow Radio 1 presenter Clara Amfo in 2019.

Jordan is a huge Burnley FC fan, repeating over and over again on I’m A Celebrity that his “happy place” is Turf Moor.

What is Jordan North’s net worth?

Jordan’s net worth is unknown.

However, the star will certainly have increased his earning capacity after his stint on I’m A Celebrity! and regular gig on Radio 1.

Does DJ Jordan North have a girlfriend?

Jordan is understood to be single.

The DJ confirmed to Radio Times before heading into the I’m A Celeb castle in 2020: “I am single at the moment. But that is not the reason why I am going in!”

He continued: “I just want to have fun and this is something that will stick with you forever.”

Nothing has been reported about his relationship status since.

When was Jordan North on I’m A Celebrity and how did he do?

Jordan appeared on I’m A Celeb in 2020 alongside stars including Jessica Plummer, Vernon Kay, Shane Richie and Mo Farah.

He made it all the way to the final, but was pipped at the last minute by author and presenter Giovanna Fletcher, married to McFly’s Tom.

Throughout his time on the show, he certainly made an impression – giving viewers laugh after laugh during the trials.

Jordan faced everything from creepy crawlies to karaoke – and even threw up within minutes of the show starting.

After coming out of the Castle, he thanked his fans for getting him so far – and revealed the campmates were all chatting on What’sApp.

However, he admitted seeing himself on screen made him want to make some cosmetic adjustments.

He also told HOAR: “I’m going to get my teeth done. I saw a few clips last night and I thought, hmm.

“I’m not going to go full Rylan or Simon Cowell. I have to be careful as I’ve got to go back to Burnley.

“If I look like I’ve been kicked through showbiz school backwards, I’ll be told.”

HOAR revealed that after his stint on the ITV programme, Jordan would be lined up for a promotion at the BBC.

And he later landed the coveted drivetime slot alongside Vick Hope.

An insider said at the time: “Jordan has been a hugely popular member of the BBC Radio 1 team since he started but since he appeared on I’m A Celeb, his profile has sky-rocketed.

“While Giovanna was the winner, Jordan’s success on the show has made him a family favourite and has put him in great stead for the future.”
