Who is Ian Wright’s wife Nancy Hallam?
Ian Wright married his wife Nancy Hallam in 2011.
Just three years into their marriage however, the 56-year-old was given a scare after learning his wife and children had been held to gunpoint.
The thugs also threatened to mutilate the children and football pundit had to rush home from the 2014 World Cup in Brazil to be with his family at such a distressing time.
According to OK! magazine, Ian joked that he will miss football the most whilst being in the jungle.
I am definitely going to miss football.”
He continued: “I dont think I have ever been in a situation where I have been that isolated from the game in my life. I am also going to miss my family. I speak to my missus every day and its going to be a test.
Do the couple have any children?
Together, Ian and Nancy have two children, seven-year-old Roxanne and ten-year-old Lola.
In total ex-Crystal palace striker has eight children, four daughters and four sons with three different women.
His two eldest sons are Shaun and Bradley, and Shaun was adopted by Ian in 1984 when he was just three.
His eldest sons followed in his footsteps and went on to become professional footballers.
Shaun played for sides such as Manchester City, Chelsea and Queens Park Rangers and won the Premier League and FA Cup during his career. He retired from football this past August.
His younger brother Bradley has spent most of his career playing for the New York Red Bulls in America and also spent time in England playing for Southampton, Plymouth and won the League One title with Charlton in 2012.
His other children are Brett, Stacey, Bobbi-Lee andCoco.
