After flying home wtih their fellow finalists, Whitney and Lockhan wasted no time in heading out on their first date.

The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other and kissed in snaps on Instagram while also holding hands.

Viewers were stunned by the result and Whit and Lochan were the bookies’ favourites after meeting in Casa Amor.

Some claimed the result was “fixed” but figures showed that Sammy and Jess had won 34.57% of the votes.

Whitney and Lochan received 26.85% of the votes while Ty and Ella secured 24.21% and, Molly and Zach received 14.37%.

Viewers still shared their frustrations with telly regulator Ofcom and 219 lodged complaints on July 31.

It comes after dumped bombshell Kady McDermott hit out at Whitney and Lochan’s relationship.

The Love Island star, 27, took aim at her fellow Islanders as she predicted how long they would last on the outside.

Comparing them to the 2019 series winners, Kady said: “Whitney and Lochan are the new Amber Gill and Greg [O’Shea].”

Amber, 25, and Greg, 28, met just 15 days before the final when he entered as a bombshell and split a month after scooping the £50k prize.
